Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your current plan stays active through the end of the billing period, and we won't charge you for the next cycle.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits reset to your plan's monthly allotment each calendar month. One-time credit packs are valid for 365 days.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Mid-cycle upgrades and downgrades aren't supported. Cancel before your plan ends, then subscribe to the new plan after it expires.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are generally non-refundable once completed. If a widespread technical issue prevents you from using the service, we may consider a refund case by case.
